Perfect, clean, walking distance from bus terminal

Excellent location, easy to find and not too far of a walk from the main bus terminal, leave the building walk across the street and your in Old Town, good value, Sandra made check in and communication was superb! Loved having a twin single room at a reasonable price! Thanks for a great stay in Spilt! Highly recommend

This was an amazing place, from the location to its staff it was perfect! Very clean Nice and cozy room Comfortable bed TV great Desk space great Bathroom clean and spacious Big spacious closet as well Sandra was amazing and super helpful. The hotel is steps from main shopping stores -super close to everything really. Only little thing is that other guests were extremely loud past midnight so I kept on waking up and it was annoying. It happened almost every day out of the 6 days that I stayed. If I return to Split, I would def book this place again!!!!

After booking, I received an email mentioning potential noise from a nearby club, but the booking was non-refundable, leaving no option to reconsider. The noise from the club was exceptionally loud, far beyond acceptable legal levels, and no earplugs were provided as promised. Additionally, a gym upstairs caused constant thumping noises throughout the day. The property itself felt outdated, with dirty walls, and linens stored in the reception area, adding to the uncomfortable atmosphere. The mattress was worn out, and I had to place the kettle on the floor since there was no available plug at desk level. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend staying here.

Nattklubb fullt drag samtliga kvällar, varning

Rummet var rent och helt okej, läget är bra precis intill old town Split. Tyvärr väger inget upp att det finns en nattklubb i huset och obefintlig isolering. Från ca kl 23- 03 så är det fruktansvärt högljutt och omöjliggör en god nattsömn. Jag bodde här 5 nätter och samtliga nätter var nattklubben i full gång. Varning utfärdas.

I had a great time in Split

Most of all, I liked the location. In the city center, close to everything. The room is clean, the staff is friendly. A little noisy in the evenings, but not disastrous. It is not always convenient to have no staff at the reception, although the keys were with me. But on the day of departure, I did not even ask to leave my luggage because I was not sure that I would not come to the closed doors. But in general - excellent.

There was a kettle and mugs but no tea/coffee etc with it, which was a bit disappointing. The room was pretty but I hadn't realised the building was above a type of club? We were told music would stop at 11pm, I think it was later than that but not too late and we only stayed one night so no biggie. The hotel were prompt in emailing us after booking to find out our flight, arrival time and ask if we had transport arranged, they booked us a taxi to meet us at the airport, which after a late and delayed flight was really appreciated! Also there was a lovely cleaning lady who rushed after us when we had forgotten a few items. The location seemed very good too

Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft sauber und ordentlich. Etwas abgewöhnt. Einziges Manko ist die Diskothek am Haus, allerdings ist ab 23 Uhr dort Ruhe. Villa Olea ist sehr zentral gelegen, alles ist gut fussläufig zu erreichen. Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Siisti ja viihtyisä, iltaisin meluisaa

Hotelli oli hyvällä sijainnilla, vanhan kaupungin nähtävyydet ja Riva ovat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä. Lentokentältä hotellille kannattaa kulkea paikallisbussilla (local bus, numero 37) sillä se tulee lähemmäs hotellia ja on halvempi kuin lentokenttäbussit. Miinusta tulee siitä, että hotellin alakerrassa on yökerho, jonka musiikki kuuluu huoneisiin TODELLA KOVAA klo 23 asti. Sitä ennen ei voi kuvitellakaan nukkuvansa. Respassa ei ollut yleensä ketään työntekijää paikalla muuta kuin sovittuna Check in aikana. Kannattaa siis ilmoittaa etukäteen hotellille, milloin olet tulossa. Henkilökunta oli kuitenkin tavoitettavissa puhelimitse vuorokauden ympäri.

Var greit opphold. Dårlig rengjøring innimellom. Resepsjonen er ikke åpen hele tiden, bare noen få timer. Ingen kjøleskap på rommet, men en vannkoker og skrivepult
