Close to downtown and very good option to be far from crowd. Place was quiet, cleab and safe.

The place was good for a one night stay that we had to book last minute. If you’re driving, the streets are very inaccessible and we were unable to get a parking spot despite the ad saying parking was included. It is a self check-in with an access code but it didn’t work when we arrived. We were trying not use data on our phones but had to in order to contact the host (they needed to reset the code but answered quickly). About a 20 minute walk to the boardwalk for restaurants.

Perfect stay

This place is amazing! It is brand new and the bed is extremely comfortable. The area is really cool and feels a lot like Greece. It is a short eight minute walk to all the attractions which is perfect because it is nice, quiet and slow around the apartment and very busy and loud in the center.

Great host and apartment

Great stay. Our host was very quick to respond to any questions. Parking is a nightmare in the area, but ubers are cheap and quickly available. So I wouldnt bother with a car

This apartment is gorgeous and in perfect condition. Nice and new. Parking sucks but you can easily walk anywhere downtown Old town.

Problème de parking.

Notre séjour a très mal commencé. Ma recherche de logement sur Split a été basée sur la disponibilite dun parking comme critère nr 1. Or contrairement a la description sur Hotels.com, l'appartement ne dispose pas de parking. Par ailleurs contrairement aux dires de la propriétaire, toutes les places dans la rue sont continuellement occupées. Une vraie galère ! Si vous venez en voiture, ou liez Villa Kate !

Tres modernes et propre, il semblerait que l'appartement a ete rénové récemment. La localisation est bien, tout en etant un peu al'exterieure, on retouve le centre en quelques pas. Situe dans un quartier residentiel.

Lovely room in a lovely city

Fabulous stay, great location close to old city, beach, bus, train & ferry terminal. A pleasant easy walk to everything. Would definitely recommend & would stay again ourselves. One thing I think could be improved on is the managing host who was so lovely could give a little more info on what to do, where to go, eating places etc. I know the internet is there for all of us but I also know when I travel I like to have recommendations from the locals. The night of our arrival there was a feast in the city celebrating a special annual day & we were not told about it & sadly missed a fun traditional evening with the locals.

Comfortable room, loved the location

Responsive host who was easy to reach on WhatsApp. We were able to drop off bags at 11am but the housekeeper was still cleaning the room at the time. Comfy bed, spacious bathroom, and the color changing LED lights were a fun bonus. You can turn it into a tiny dance party if you want! I absolutely loved the neighborhood, though. There is a cute little cafe called Konoba that is nearby that has good food at affordable prices and a good neighborhood vibe. I love that it is in a historical area so you can enjoy the architecture as you make your way around. If you have a lot of luggage beware, there are a lot of stairs to make it there.

Huone oli pienempi kuin kuvissa. Ahdas mutta siisti. Oli pakko maksaa käteisellä, eikä suostunut luottokorttiin. Koska rahan nostaiminen kaupungissa on järkyttävän kallista, tuli pakollisesta käteismaksusta huoneelle lisähintaa n. +40€!!! :(

Nice Stay

Villa Kate is a great place to stay! It is clean, adorable and in am excellent location. Our plane was delayed for over a day making our arrival at 1:00 am. The host was very accommodating and made arrangements for us to still check in so late. We could not have chosen a better place to stay and we highly recommend Villa Kate!

Kom tillbaka till Split efter några dagar i Dubrovnik och valde ett hotell närmare centrum. Hotellet ligger väldigt centralt och nya fina rum om än i bottenplan utan fönster. Något som inte alls kändes instängt. Mycket för pengarna.
