The property is in a very central location with many local restaurants and take away places nearby, Also two supermarkets within 3 minutes walk. The two Branka's are extremely friendly, helpful and informative.

Good

The rooms are large and the location is very convenient. The downside is that the bed is incredibly uncomfortable. It was fine for a couple nights, but not an extended stay. We also had a street facing room which was a bit noisy. It wasn't too problematic for us, but if you're a light sleeper this could be an issue.

Great staff. Location is good 7 minutes from harbor, 10 minutes from Diocletian, and 20 minutes from boat piers and bus station by foot. Rooms are large and nice grocery beside property. Mini fridge stocked. Very pleased with booking. In August, price paid approximately $100/ night a little high meaning not necessarily a great value. I would stay again.

Man ist in 5 Minuten in der Altstadt und trotzdem weit genug weg von dem größten touristischen Ansturm. Des Weiteren haben sich alle toll um uns gekümmert und uns immer wieder Tipps für die Umgebung geben können. Ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt :)

Best location in City centre of Split with cool Apartment, it’s a clean & quite place to stay! Down stairs there is a big supermarket and a lot of restaurants around! Will be come back again! Love Split everting there!

Melhor acomodação em Split

Foi uma experiência incrível! O quarto é exatamente igual às fotos, muito espaçoso, com ar condicionado e extremamente confortável. A Branka é muito solicita e me ajudou com varias dicas sobre a cidade, além de se preocupar se eu estava precisando de mais alguma coisa. Recomendo demais e voltaria a me hospedar, com certeza! Amei tudo!

Great!

very good! Nice friendly staff, amazing location, good amenities, nice & modern & clean. Didn’t sleep that well because the bed wasn’t the most comfortable & the pillows are extremely high but I don’t sleep well anyway so a very minor complaint. Would stay here again & would recommend.

Lovely, affordable and centrally located in Split!

We had a wonderful stay at Split Urban Rooms! Our room was very clean and comfortable, the staff also very helpful and accommodating. The rooms are centrally located, near to restaurants and shops and a short walk to the sea. Would definitely recommend staying here!
