Anna the Manager and Lara and Tony in Reception were all fantastic from the moment I and my three friends arrived to the moment we left. They were so helpful and friendly during our stay, taking our trolley bags down the terrace steps on arrival and up to our rooms. They did the same in reverse on our departure. Together with the other staff members they make a great team. The hotel breakfast was good with lots of choices and great coffee. Having a terrace bar is a bonus. Towels were replaced daily. Bath robes are available. The pool was kept beautifully clean and I and other guests did manage a quick swim, but being October the water was cold. Two of my friends used the Spa and said it was very good. If I return to Split again I would 100% stay at Sperone Luxury Accommodation.

Lovely Split Trip

We chose a hotel in the old city and location was very good. Noting the age of the property we expected some differences from more modern water front properties e.g. no lift but overall the building was very well presented and good use was made of limited space. The pool area was lovely albeit only room for a few loungers. Beyond this Split is a wonderful city and certainly worth a visit

We loved it so much we extended our stay. Ana, helped us make some decisions about what to do in Croatia and her recommendations we excellent. It’s amazing how you are right in the middle of everything yet it’s so quiet. We parked in the garage just southwest of the hotel. It is expensive but crazy convenient and worth every penny to be in such an excellent location.

Perfect location

Wonderful restaurants close by (Deep Shade and right across the street). Staff was warm and very helpful. Just a short 10 min walk to old town and harbour.

Amazing boutique hotel

Staff were fantastic from the start. Rooms lovely, clean and excellent air con (needed for this heat wave). Not many pools in the old town and so this was such a bonus. Simple but tasty breakfast (especially the bacon!) and plenty of options. Had a family run business feel to it. Definitely recommend.

Perfect

Sperone was one of my favorite hotels during my time in Croatia. It was a little tricky to find, but the directions from staff made it easy. The location is on a cute little street that was easy to walk to shops and restaurants. It was also close to the Uber pick up which made it easy. The rooms are cute and modern without being stuffy. We had been traveling for several days and actually spent nearly a whole day in bed watching movies and catching up on sleep at this hotel. The courtyard is really nice too. One negative about the room was the shower. For our room, the glass shower leaked onto the floor so we had water all over the room after a shower. I'm sure its something they can caulk and fix right up. Staff was wonderful and the hotel was just what we needed. I would definitely stay here next time I am in Split.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in der Altstadt von Split. Klein, aber fein, mit einem Pool im Innenhof, was eher selten für die Altstadt ist. Frühstück ist top! Es wird frisch zubereitet und immer wieder aufgefüllt. Die Promenade und die kleinen traditionellen Restaurants sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Das Personal ist nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir würden hier immer wieder buchen, wenn wir in Split sind.

An amazing place, exceptional ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is absolutely fantastic! Myself and my wife stayed here for 2 nights and it was just perfect. Located about 300 meters from the town it’s perfect for exploring Split. The staff were amazing spoke perfect English and couldn’t be more helpful . The hotel is brand new but it still feels like you are staying in a private Roman palace. The pool is lovey and the spa, jacuzzi , steam room and sauna are what you would expect from 5 star accommodation. Huge thanks to Anna and the rest of the staff for a lovely stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic accommodation on a great location. Breakfast was good and freshly prepared. The nice thing about this boutique hotel is the fact that it is small and not as crowded as a bigger hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and the owner is a really nice and funny guy. If you need something or you have a complaint, just let them know because they really want you to have a pleasant stay. I really recommend this cozy hotel when you go to Split, for both short and long stay.

Super hôtel, déco sympa et belle piscine

Super séjour dans ce très bel hôtel, très intimiste, avec un nombre limité de chambres. La déco est très sympa avec des matériaux de qualité, la literie est confortable. la piscine est également très belle et très agréable pour récupérer de longues journée de visites où se rafraîchir. L établissement est très propre et surtout le propriétaire et sa compagne sont très sympathiques, accueillant et font tout pour vous aider et rendre votre séjour agréable. La localisation est parfaite, dans une rue très calme tout en étant dans le centre historique. Tout était vraiment parfait et j espère revenir vite.
