Vi hadde fått tildeltrom i nr.86,men det var ikke plass i hverken 86 eller87,men vi ble lagt inn i et hus i en annen gate.Etter 2 dager kom vi inn i en nyoppusset kjellerleilighet i nr.88.Det var forsåvidt greit å bo der,men det ble ikke gjort rent eller skiftet sengetøy eller håndklær på de 12 dagene vi bodde der.Vi var ofte vitne til at ungdommer som hadde bestilt rom på nettet slett ikke fikk noen rom da det allerede var fullt belagt

Information about this hotel is not accurate!

I booked this hotel as a convenient place to stay on the last night of my holiday as from the information provided it looked as though it was in the centre of Split - it is not! It was approximately a 2km walk from the harbour in Split and not centrally located as it states on the information. Also, the owner of the guest house was rather rude and overbearing - not pleasant at all. The room, while I expected it to be basic, due to the cheap price, was not clean - the bathroom smelled bad and the kitchen had clearly not been cleaned properly. Unfortunately I would not recommend this as a place to stay!

Disappointing because of inexperienced host

Checking in took far too long. It was a bizarre experience as we waited to be taken to the room downstairs which could have taken place immediately we arrived but instead took 20 minutes. Two small hard towels were supplied for a 3 night stay. There was a kitchen but it was so poorly equipped that it was difficult to use it.

Fel läge på kartan. Felaktiga avståndsangivelser.

Lägenheten ligger på minst ett par km avstånd från gamla stan, inte på det läge som visas på kartan. Bilderna visar ett annat hotell. De uppgivna avstånden till olika platser är felaktiga. Stället såg ut att vara stängt för säsongen. såg mycket schabbigt ut. Värden hjälpte oss till ett bättre boende i gamla stan.

Location.

Clean and OK room but with price a little bit high for late season and location in the outher part of city. We booked this room because it was central and close to ferry/busterminal according to goggle map. This was NOT correct and showed up to be in a total different place and in outher part of town. Taxi is not the easiest to get this places... Rgds. Vidar

Hotel Vlado Spalato

Non si tratto di un hotel ma di una signora che da in affitto le camere della propria casa. La signora è gentile e disponibile. Il bagno è in comune. Le camere non vengono pulite ogni giorno. La posizione è buiona; si può arrivare in centro con 5 minuti di autobus o venti minuti a piedi.

Good value

If you don't have a lot of money for accommodation and are prepared to walk a little and cook some of your meals, then this guest house is very good value. Beaches and the Old Town are within comfortable walking distance (and a bus to the latter area passes the guest house). Supermarkets are handy. In all, good value.
