I liked the location.

You best have a cell phone to call the number on the fence in front. It appears they only have three rooms and to get the key you need to call Marina so she can drive over with the electronic key. Great location with the Adriatic Sea right in front and an easy 10 minute walk to old town. Gorgeous bathroom.

Rapport qualité, prestations/prix médiocre

Points positifs: appartement joliment rénové situé à quelques pas de la plage et à 30mn à pied du centre historique de Split. Nous avons reçu de bon renseignements par l'hôte (restaurants, etc). Par contre, mini studio à demi enterré en sous sol impossible d'ouvrir une grand valise sans devoir la poser sur le lit (ce qui n'est ni hygiénique ni propre pour les draps), petite salle de bain sans aucun support pour suspendre le moindre linge de bain, équipement de cuisine très limité. Pour chauffer l'eau du thé, soit une micro casserole à peine assez grande pour une tasse, soit une marmite mais pas d'intermédiaire. Il vaudrait mieux avoir une bouilloire qu'un lave-vaisselle inutile. Résidence et jardin bien situés mais mal entretenus et peu engageants. Si c'est pour payer une location de micro appartement aussi chère qu'un hôtel sans avoir le service de ce dernier, ça n'a aucun intérêt.

If it's they offer it for free - stay elsewhere.

Shocking that such a listing is on Hotels.com A total disaster from start to finish. This is a basement apartment split into 3 micro apartments. The entrance to the apartment building is very dangerous as there is no footpath, so you just walk out into the on coming traffic. Room so small you could hardly turn around. The shower was leaking which flooded the room and as there was no storage, all my stuff got soaked. There was mould and water damage around the bathroom so it seems this was a common problem. The room I got was not the one advertised in the photos. Hear everything from the rooms next door, including the dogs scratching the floor at night time. The manager will charge you 5 euro every time you call them which is laughable.

Amazing location not so much the studio

Great location just a 1mn walk from the famous beach. The apartment is well equipped but is very tiny, only for 2 adults no kids as no space for a baby bed. The building is a nice old heritage style but the studio is in the basement with the perks of the lack of daylight and smelly humidity (typical of old buildings). Overall a positive stay mostly due to an amazing location. Thank you for the host.

Uniek dat je heerlijk rustig en toch vlakbij centrum Split zit, 15 min lopen. Elke ochtend kan je zo uit app naar zee en een duik en heerlijk helder water nemen.

Prestations et localisation parfaits

Un superbe appartement avec d'excellentes prestations. Idéalement situé dans un quartier résidentiel à 2 minutes à pied de la plage et à 10 minutes à pied du centre historique de Split. Possibilité de laisser la voiture garée gratuitement dans la rue en face. Possibilité de prendre son petit déjeuner dans le bar de bord de mer juste en bas et de profiter du soleil dès le matin. Possibilité de déjeuner sur les tables de jardin dans le jardin de la copropriété. Bref tout le confort nécessaire pour un séjour réussi. Merci Marina !

Kämppä oli hieno ja hyvässä kunnossa paitsi lattia oli järkyttävän likainen. Sitä ei ollut pesty varmaan sen jälkeen kun kämppä rakennettiin. Keittiö välineet oli aika puuteelliset jos niiku meinaa ruokaa tehdä. Muuten ihan kiva ja ihan jees paikka.

This room was perfect, the outside looked rough but once inside it was a beautiful room. Check in was very simple after making one phone call and as an added bonus there is information about the history of the building which was really cool. Convenient for walking to key places and I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Split.
