"Beautiful apartment. Spacious living and dining area and bedroom. Nice size balcony facing the sea. They have all the utensils that someone would need for kitchen. Not far from the city centre and harbour Friendly and helpful staff. The only thing was very challenging for us that they didn’t have elevator and we had to climb 19 steps. "We were welcomed with a very warm welcome around 10pm with cold beers and a chance to relax before being taken to our room . Waiting was a lovely bottle of Red. The studio apartment was spotless and had EVERYTHING we needed The bed was super comfortable and the balcony views were incredible Breakfast wow, we loved this Bonus. We had omelettes every morning, fresh breads, with butter, jams, honey and cream cheeses. A jar of coffee so we could have as much as we wanted, juice and a different fresh fruit daily We were never felt rushed to just relax or have another coffee. Beach front literally across the path, clean safe waters, free beds and umbrellas saved us a fortune to other trips we’ve had to croatia Location was ideal, for the supermarkets and amazing restaurants all on little jetty’s and tables on the beach The whole property was spotless, lovely area to chill and look out to sea. Lovely little nooks for a library Everyone was so lovely, approachable and would answer any questions we had Would we go back, yes indeed We will be returning next year We spent 5 days here before heading to Brac Thank you again and we will see you next year Donna and Damian"

"This was a beautiful apartment in the heart of Podstrana. A 7 minute walk to the beach and several restaurants, a 20 minute drive to Split. Sanka and Joseph were such hospitable hosts, we had everything we needed and the view from our room was incredible! Olive and lime trees lined the property and it was a great place four our family, 2 adults and 2 teen girls."

"Das Grundstück und die Villa sind absolut hervorragend. Selbst in der Outdoorküche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und großzügig angelegt. Der Pool selbst ist auch sehr sauber. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind top sauber. Das Grundstück ist ruhig gelegen, im Poolbereich bekommt man vom Verkehr fast nichts mit. Direkt gegenüber ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Der Tennisplatz ist super, auch mit Flutlicht ausgestattet. Die Angaben von der Gastgeberin stimmen alle mit den Gegebenheiten überein. Laura als unsere Gastgeberin war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. An unserem Anreisetag war Feiertag in Kroatien und wir sind spät angekommen, Laura war so lieb, dass sie zuvor für uns einkaufen war. Wir können die Unterkunft, sowie die Gastgeberin einfach nur empfehlen und werden in Zukunft gerne wiederkommen."

"We like that the villa provides free breakfast however it is not enough for the 10 of us so we end up purchasing additional food. The communication with the host is not that great, He offered dinner options and promised to send us dinner menu which we never got. The villa is beautiful, however it does not fit 10 people, two additional foldable beds are added to two double bedrooms which are really difficult to move around. We initially thought the sofa in the living room can be folded to a double bed, msg sent to request confirmation was never answered."

"Wonderful property with a lovely pool area. The apartment was clean and modern and well maintained. Plenty of parking spaces at property if you want to rent a car. 5 minute walk to a well stocked shop, and 10 mins walk to the sea front which has plenty of bars and restaurants. Overall would recommend and I would visit again. "
