"We booked this property at the last minute as our original choice in Tropea was WELL below standard. Gianfranco was very quick to respond and accommodate our suddent change in plans. He readied the house in a few hours for an early check in and even met us in the town piazza to guide us directly to the house. He was an excellent, responsive host. "The outside of the property is a bit deceiving, it looks a little plain, but the inside is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a typical Italian breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this location for anyone travelling in the area."

"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. È un po' scomodo avere il bagno fuori dalla camera e le scale della casa sono strette. L'edificio e le camere sono state ristrutturate da poco.
