"Abbiamo trascorso una settimana davvero splendida! La casa è molto grande, spaziosa e rispecchia pienamente la descrizione. Il terrazzo è davvero enorme e molto piacevole, e la presenza di due bagni è sicuramente molto comoda. Anche per quanto riguarda la pulizia ci siamo trovati bene. Come piccolo consiglio per migliorare ulteriormente il soggiorno, suggerirei di rinnovare le lenzuola e, visto l’ampio terrazzo, mettere a disposizione un ventilatore per far circolare un po’ d’aria nelle giornate più calde. Per il resto tutto perfetto, siamo stati davvero bene e abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana!"

"Overall, we had a lovely stay at Pedra Santa. Its biggest advantage is definitely the location—it’s excellent and makes it easy to explore Costa Smeralda. Sardinia is absolutely stunning, and with gorgeous weather every day, it was hard not to enjoy ourselves. The hotel restaurant is very good, with delicious food and an amazing sunset view that made dinner feel extra special. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. There were, however, a few areas that could be improved. On the evening we were getting ready to go to Phi Beach, we asked for an iron. Surprisingly, the staff couldn’t find one anywhere on the property. At first, I was told they only had one, then another staff member said they had several, but they were all “missing.” It was frustrating, especially when trying to get ready for dinner. I also sent two emails before our arrival with a simple request, but never received a reply. In those emails, I mentioned that I’m a travel content creator and kindly asked if it would be possible to have a room with some sort of view, as I planned to feature the hotel on my social media. Unfortunately, we were assigned a room overlooking nothing but bushes. That said, these issues didn’t have a major impact on our overall trip. Sardinia is an incredible destination, the hotel’s location is fantastic, and we still had a wonderful vacation. With a little more attention to guest communication and consistency in service, this hotel could easily provide an even be"

"Das Haus liegt ideal (das Meer ist nur wenige Meter entfernt), ruhig und dennoch fußläufig von Cannigione entfernt. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist zweckmäßig, die Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern und im Wohnraum sind super, die Küche ist leider sehr begrenzt ausgestattet und ist schon in die Jahre gekommmen. Der Pool ist groß und schön angelegt. Leider waren 3 Sonnenliegen durchgerostet und daher nicht nutzbar. Die Terrasse ist optimal, da wir auch bei heißen Temperaturen dort frühstücken und uns aufhalten konnten.Alles in allem ist es ein schönes Haus mit kleinen Schönheitsfehlern.Wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt."
