Cuando llegamos, no tenían registrada nuestra reserva en el sistema y perdimos bastante tiempo en recepción mientras trataban de resolverlo. Al final sí lo solucionaron. The staff ensured us they had shared the issue with management, although no one resolved the problem. We were told two rooms lacked hot water and one was ours. I’m rating the hotel a four as it was a great location for day trips to the islands and other than the lack of hot water quite lovely. Complimentary breakfast was just okay. "The views from the resort are absolutely stunning. We stayed in the Villa Tavolara. It was quiet. The view was amazing. The villa was clean, private, and beautiful. Our only issue was the door to one of the bedrooms was hard to open and it took multiple tries and lots of effort to get the lock to turn. But other than that, everything else was perfect. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning by the pool. We traveled with a 1 year old and they provided a crib. Check in and check out was simple.it...
