"Kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Having a garage big enough for 2 standard SUVs and room for 4 bikes was very nice. The property was clean, beds were comfortable, and enough towels for 3 people for 3 nights. Finding and getting into the property was very easy (we never actually went through the front door, just garage). We didn’t use the laundry but it was nice to have. "

"This home was in a beautiful location of Utah, close to Arches and Canyonlands parks. The neighborhood and the home felt safe and secure. We found the furnishings delightful and comfortable, and we enjoyed the grill and the hot tub. Moab is nearby and offers several choices of restaurants and has a small but well stocked grocery store. "

"We had a great stay at the condo in Rim Village. The property had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen as we loved cooking on our annual boys bike adventure to Moab. Great location and plenty of room for all 5 of us."

"Clean, fantastic communication. They even checked in via text and sent check in and check out instructions independently so I didn't have to go find the original email. The house had everything and more that we needed. I may have misunderstood the bathroom situation a bit, but just know the second "hall" bath is over off the laundry area a bit away from the two bedrooms. There is a full bath as well right by the two bedrooms too. It wasn't an issue though, as it was still a full smaller bath with shower, while the other hall bath has a tub which was perfect for bathing the little one in the group. The patio is very nice and has a gate, so your pup can't escape if he gets out the door. Everything was great!"

"Clean, comfortable, and a great location. It's a little way out of downtown, so it's very quiet and serene. But it's still close to Arches and to the many restaurants and stores downtown. The five of us had plenty of space and everything we needed for our stay. A bonus was that we had use of the garage for both cars. It was too chilly to use the hot tub and patio, but they would be wonderful in warmer weather. Would definitely stay here again."

It was very clean with everything you need to make your stay pleasant and comfortable. We stayed a full week and will definitely be coming back here again. No issues with anything in this rental. Was quiet and nice to be able to walk in the neighborhood to see other people in our group who were also staying in the area. Only a few miles from town so easy access to all areas to eat, trails, and shopping. I would highly recommend."
