"We enjoyed this home for four nights while we toured around Moab and the national parks. It was a great location! The home is quiet and clean. It looked like the listing. We didn't cook, but the kitchen appeared well-stocked. They even gave you a coffee starter kit! The bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper and plenty of towels. We really enjoyed the fireplace in the evenings and the mornings! Check-in and check-out process was easy. My favorite part is they don't have a page full of chores for you to do when you leave! They just ask you to do a couple of common-sense things. Would definitely stay here again."

"This was a wonderful property full of amenities. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal. There was such a huge variety of spices. The bedrooms had plenty of pillows and blankets and the bathrooms all had plenty of towels and toiletries. Kent was very responsive. We would like to stay again next year when we go."

"Perfect place to stay, just south of Moab - parking for our truck and ATV trailer was easy. Awesome large table was perfect for dinners and board games - will definitely book again! "

"Nice and spacious with high ceilings for 4 adults. (Could have 3 more in a 3rd room). Good water pressure, that heats fast—Watch the little ones if you’re traveling with children! We appreciated the extras-coffee, goodie bags for soaps, lotions. We enjoyed the patio & were able to make quick meals on the grill. The TV didn’t have high def, but was very large. The cleanliness rating of 4 was simply due to some dirty cookware, likely the people prior to us. A condition of 4 was given for the principles towel rack barely attached. We washed the pans & reported the towel rack. 11miles to Arches, on the south end of Moab—beautiful mountain views. Nice thick towels. "
