"The hotel and accommodations were great. When we checked in a relatively new person waited on us. I had reserved three rooms under my name and had requested that they be all on the same floor. I believe her name was Christina. She indicated that being on the same floor was not possible. She also indicated that she needed identification from a person from each room, even though I was paying for all three room. When I explained the reservation and payment, she started speaking slower as if I didn't understand English. It was quite condescending. We were sitting in the lobby later and observed the front desk young man accommodate a group that requested room close to each other. I did have an opportunity to speak with a very gracious front desk manager the next morning. She assured me that this would be addressed with Christina. She needs to learn better people skills when dealing with the public. Thank you. Christina did not offer the water. But the manager did give our party water before we left."

"I loved staying here! Beach view, very short walk to beach, clean, quiet, conveniently located to grocery store and mini golf, easy parking. Mini fridge and microwave. Clean bathroom. Clean pool and they provide towels for you to take to the beach but grab them first thing in the morning b/c they go quickly. Grab them right at 8 a.m."
