Petty Ranch Inn

"5/5 stars – An absolute gem in Springdale We absolutely loved our stay at Petty Ranch! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even let us check in early when we arrived ahead of schedule. Such a simple thing, but after a long day of traveling, it made a huge difference. The room was fantastic—bright, spotless, and beautifully comfortable. The bed was so good we were almost tempted to skip our plans and just stay in it. The bathroom was modern, clean, and genuinely impressive. There’s also a pool and plenty of parking, which made everything nice and easy. The location is excellent too: close to a grocery store and just a short drive from the park entrance, making it a really convenient base for exploring the area. Honestly, there’s not much to complain about here. Great room, great location, great staff, and a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. We’d happily stay here again!"

"We had reserved a king suite and were upgraded to one with a mountain view which was spectacular especially at sunset. Beautiful grounds and outside porch to sit on to have a cocktail or eat breakfast. Very nice breakfast buffet. Also very close to pick up the shuttle to go into Zion National Park"

"Convenient place to stay while visiting the park. Also having restaurant, store and breakfast on property a plus. Staff were great friendly and helpful in spite of the crowds they must handle each day. Only negatives are the rooms are in good condition but can use a refresh. Also very noisy plumbing and other unidentified noises through out the evening. Very quiet after everyone settles down for the night."

"We had arrived from a stay in Las Vegas, and we were pleasantly surprised by the amenities - all free - compared to the stay in Vegas. The hotel provided a great free breakfast, pool and t.v. selections that surpassed what we had to pay for previously. When my son became ill and we had to quickly re-book for another night, the last-minute reservation was seamless, and they graciously provided downstairs rooms due to his illness. The next morning, the late check-out was immediately promised, free of charge. What nice people, and the hotel was well worth the price!!!!"

"Showers were not functional as designed and even after communicating to the front desk of the issue it was not addressed for the second night The food is average OK with the steak overdone/burnt and lack of vegetarian choices These would be not an issue generally, but for a high end glamping site you expect more"
