"由於我們這趟來LA是公務行程，所以入住體驗不太好，房內燈光相當昏暗，用筆電蠻吃力的；入住第二晚遇上大停電(晚上10:30~隔天8:30)，導致我們工作差點無法完成，還必須在晚上11:30跑去當地友人家借浴室...停電發生後，櫃檯空無一人，旅館大門敞開，其實也會有點擔心治安。後來看了評論，發現四個月前也曾有過大停電。幸好飯店最後願意退當晚的費用，不過遇到當下真的蠻困擾的。 如果只是要來旅遊並且對停電有心理準備的話，他們的床確實很好睡，浴室蓮蓬頭熱水充足水量大，櫃檯人員親切，地點也很方便。"

"This was my 1st time staying at this hotel and I will stay again and I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel was clean, my room was very clean and the view was amazing and the staff was professional. The breakfast buffet was good besides not having turkey bacon or turkey patties because not everyone eats pork."

"It's a motel style set up so our room was directly next to the parking lot. Was woken up by a guy twice from slamming his car door. Woken up by someone talking out side..woken up by our neighbor who went in and out of his room like 7 times at 230am..was woken up by some guy starting his harley at 630am..than a helicopter was hovering above the hotel for 2 hours..place was good but it isn't quite and hard to sleep "

When we approached the front desk to inquire about the absence of someone to replace our towels, we were informed that we must provide a 24-hour notice for them to clean our rooms. This information was not communicated during our check-in process, which would have been helpful to know beforehand. "
