"Upon checking in, we were informed of a major inconvenience: The water was turned off for 6 hours at the entire hotel on Wednesday April 15. Upon being turned back on, there was minimal water pressure and no hot water for 3 more hours. Also the room safe didn’t work. Finally, this property is in drastic need of renovation and refresh. Not up to Omni standards."

"This was my 1st time staying at this hotel and I will stay again and I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel was clean, my room was very clean and the view was amazing and the staff was professional. The breakfast buffet was good besides not having turkey bacon or turkey patties because not everyone eats pork."

"It's a motel style set up so our room was directly next to the parking lot. Was woken up by a guy twice from slamming his car door. Woken up by someone talking out side..woken up by our neighbor who went in and out of his room like 7 times at 230am..was woken up by some guy starting his harley at 630am..than a helicopter was hovering above the hotel for 2 hours..place was good but it isn't quite and hard to sleep "

"We didn’t receive any housekeeping service during our stay. When we approached the front desk to inquire about the absence of someone to replace our towels, we were informed that we must provide a 24-hour notice for them to clean our rooms. This information was not communicated during our check-in process, which would have been helpful to know beforehand. "

"Quite barebones stay in Glendale. Housekeeping is attentive, the rooms are clean. Bed and sheets are fine, room is furnished with a decent fridge and TV - no microwave. There is no lobby, just a virtual booth for check-in and complimentary soap (highly recommend bringing your own, or going to Ralph's). Room entry in and out is quite easy, despite my dislike of touch surfaces. Parking lot fills up quickly and costs a flat rate of $10. A/C didn't work, in my experience, but I was fortunate enough to not need it. Location is ideal: close to the highway, police presence is always around, and plenty of restaurants + a Ralph's is a short walk away. I was overall pleased with my stay as a solo traveler, despite the obvious corners being cut for affordability."
