"I was here for a convention so we didn't have the chance to take advantage of everything but I will return for pleasure. Wonderful food options, so many ways to relax... I'm leaving this review because there's a staffer who worked with the catered food for the Florida Media Conference: Courtland. He went above and beyond (I have celiac) to make sure I knew which foods were safe. Please thank him for me and know that you need to reward him for being a huge part of making the experience here one I would gladly repeat. The food was amazing, too!"

"Excellent hotel in the heart of Naples, plenty of dining options, very friendly staff and service with the exception of one of the valet staff, who was very rude and inconsiderate, the other valet staff were amazing, maybe he had a bad day, but other than this small detail, I will definitely return.
