"The group was two families of 4, each with 1 and 5 year old children. The pool and hot tub area was used every day. Most days were warm but the pool heat was still nice to have. The gas grill and ample and new outdoor furniture were also appreciated. The screen around the pool area kept most of the bugs out. Had to call 15 times before i got an answer and they said they didnt know i booked it. Said they would have a captain out in 40 minutes. Called me back 20 minutes later to tell me they didnt have a captain. This was 2 weeks ago and i still haven't received a refund. There's either super unprofessional or scam artists."
