Crown Motel
We had a room that was right on the beach. Lovely views. From bed it looked like we were on a cruise ship (so foggy and cloudy you couldn't see the other shore.)

Biggest downside and it’s significant is complete lack of noise insulation while you’re in room since you hear everything from rooms next door/rooms below, even with windows closed.
