"The Showboat is old and smells like mildew and dog droppings. We needed multiple keys for the room but once one key was activated it automatically deactivated the other. It was advertised to have a seasonal outdoor pool. The pool clearly had be closed for years and we were forced to drive to another hotel and pay $50 just to lounge at their pool. When I complained to CozySuites about it, it was met with no radio silence. The room itself wasn’t horrible but I will never used them again."

"Very nicely maintained property with several room options. I had a room outside of the main building that was very quite and felt much more like an apartment than a hotel. Easy access to breakfast, bar & dining area as well as outdoor seating areas.Just a few blocks from shopping and boardwalk and beach. It was a great stay & front desk staff was very accommodating. All staff I interacted with was wonderful.I'll definitely stay here again, when I get back to the area."

"We would stay again. Loved the garden courtyard and location. Quiet. Nice staff. Room was smaller than the expected. Pool is super small.Overall, a great place."
