"The air conditioning worked well. The staff was nice. The room was not clean. There were stains on the walls, and spots of what appeared to be blood in the bathroom. There was 1 tiny trash can in the room, that was never serviced while we stayed there for 3 nights. The first night, the sink backed up. I told the lady at the desk and she let the maintenance man know, when we returned the second night, it was still plugged and stayed that way until the last night after she had to tell him again and he actually fixed it after saying he did. The pool was ok but the hot tub was NOT hot, freezing cold, actually. There are a lot of people staying there for long term basis and some that seemed to be up to questionable activities. Parking is not ideal since it's not a great neighborhood. Overall, it was a place to sleep after our long days of venturing out, but I will not be staying here again. "

"Premises were very clean. Fairly comfortable living space. Clear instructions on opening pantry and use of existing materials were lacking. For the number of occupants allowed there were not enough cups, dishes, and cutlery. Nice, quiet neighborhood with access to many dining and entertainment options. Overall a pleasant stay."
