Upstairs, you'll find two additional bedrooms and bathrooms. The primary suite boasts a handcrafted king bed made by the homeowner and its own private bathroom, while the second upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and easy access to the third bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV and Roku, making it easy to stream your favorite shows. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size appliances—refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher—plus dishes, cutlery, utensils, a coffee maker, and toaster. This is a small quiet neighborhood surrounded by many beautiful homes. There is a shopping center and many restaurants located close by. This neighborhood is very quiet so we do not allow any parties and ask that the news level is kept to a minimum after 10:00 pm.

3. No unapproved overnight guests.
4. No parties, events, or large gatherings.
5. Clean up all pet waste prior to departure.
6. Do not rearrange our furniture.
Fees/Charges:
1. Smoking Fee incurs a $250 charge.
2. Lockout fee incurs a $25 charge
3. Additional cleaning fee can range from $120-$350
Checkout Instructions:
1. Hand wash dishes and lay to dry or load dishwasher and begin cycle.
