Fenced-in rear yard with outdoor shower, patio and gas grill. Garage is equipped with a 6 passenger street-legal golf cart with Town of Carolina Beach parking included. (Cart is registered for parking at all Town of Carolina Beach owned parking spaces and parking lots, including Beach Access 9. Town of Kure Beach parking and privately owned spaces/lots are not included.)

First level features entrance foyer, two bedrooms & one full bath, laundry room and garage. (All bedrooms have Queen beds and smart TVs ). Master bedroom & bath are on the second level as well as the fully equipped gourmet kitchen, quaint dining area, powder room & great room. LED fireplace with ship-lap mantle and 65" flat screen smart TV are some of the highlights of the spectacular open great room with the sunset view! Enjoy an evening cocktail or entertain outside on the 2nd story covered deck with cathedral ceiling and lighting.
