He went outside for like 25 minutes and I waited on the couch no welcoming no hello I wasn’t even really sure what was going on. My only complaint is that the book in process is always a crapshoot rooms are given away willy-nilly if you don’t show up exactly on time or you show up too late or you even show up for only one day of your reservation, they give us the whole thing away. Travel insurance is too difficult to get money back from And the hotel never honors anything that’s done on hotels.com or Expedia so I am in a nightmare of trying to get money back after paying for a hotel twice and I’ve been stranded in town for three days because I gave everything I had to not lose a hotel room I already paid for. I booked three nights. It did not arrive until the second night. The entire reservation was canceled and I was not rebooked anywhere."
