"I had such a wonderful experience during my stay at this hotel. Every staff member I encountered went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I especially want to mention the lady working the night shift, she was incredibly kind and thoughtful during a very stressful time. I had an emergency with my son and had to leave for the hospital, and she made sure everything I needed was ready for me when I returned. My room was spotless, peaceful, and perfectly set up so I could finally relax. It’s rare to find service that feels this genuine and caring. The staff truly made a difficult situation much easier, and I’ll always be grateful for that. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional hospitality and compassion."

"We had a great stay. Our room was clean. The furniture is definitely starting to show its age. The bed was comfortable. And the breakfast was enough to satisfy. "

"The parkin is right in front of the hotel so you can usually see you car from your room, breakfast was good, juice, milk, waffles, cereal, and other... The room was very clean, and bed was comfortable. Checking was also smooth through their web form just pickup keys at the front desk. "

"Room was spacious. Hotel is very convenient to the ford center and victory theater. Breakfast was delicious. Will be staying here again. Only complaint is no jacuzzi lol would have been perfect!"
