"Great room, breakfast, staff"

"It was OK"

"Came in and the room was dusty. We had 5 people staying in the sweet, which they asked us about at the front desk. The room didn’t have any pillows or sheets for the pull out sofa. We attempted to call the front desk, but the phone was not operational. We had to go down to the front desk to get sheets, but were told there were no pillows available. Then we turned on the tv, a Hi-Sense Roku television with an LG tv remote. Needless to say, the remote didn’t work. That caused trip two to the front desk since the phone didn’t work. They gave us a generic Roku remote that, upon returning to the room didn’t work. Trigger trip 3 to the front desk where we received an explanation that they don’t have Hisense televisions in the rooms and don’t have a remote. They finally called housekeeping, which once I reached the room had just dropped off another remote. Thankfully that one worked, because they left before checking if it worked or not."

"This property is awesome. Great location and friendly staff. They have complementary breakfast and dinner. Who does that? My new favorite hotel chain. "

"I will NEVER stay here again. There was a dead roach stuck in a spider web near the curtains in the bedroom which has been there for awhile. A dead roach smashed and smeared on one of the walls. The carpets in the hallways were filthy and the whole place stunk. I walked into the food area just to check it out and saw the biscuits just sitting out and not even covered. DO NOT stay here!!! "

"The breakfast menu was typical. It wasn’t bad. The bats were great. The room was OK. Bathrooms were updated, but the carpet was in need of being pulled out. I had a lot of warning areas in the carpet in my room, especially since they accept dogs there I didn’t wanna walk on it. "
