From check in and helping us with a dual access room to be near our kids, every question to service staff was answered in a friendly way and nothing was too much trouble. "I loved the attention to the customer. We had run out of toilet paper and the kids needed extra pillows and blankets, they helped at the front desk very quickly. Ensuring we had everything we needed to get us through our trip. There are also a lot of great picture spots throughout the hotel, which was great for us with our 5 yr. old on her first trip to Disney!"
