"Everything was great accept for not being able to use the gym since it was vandalized the week before we arrived. Our phone didn’t work but that wasn’t a big issue for us.
We had a very pleasant stay and I would stay here again and recommend to people. One of the quietest hotels I have ever stayed at . "
"The Bourbon Orleans Hotel is a very nice place to stay in New Orleans. It's in a perfect location in the heart of the French Quarter. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good but a little pricey.

"I didn't give five stars for cleaning because there were some food stuffs like maybe dried rice around the elevator trash can area on the 21st floor that was there for 3 to 4 days. It was still there when I left. Everything else was excellent. The service was great. The person that checked me out I think his name is Rintendo was excellent. Also the fellow that checked me in was excellent as well. I don't remember his name but he has a hairband that pulls his hair back and he has an olive complexion. "
