"Presentation is everything! The hotel grounds were not clean. Walking in the Laquinta rug was dirty, the luggage cart was raggedy, and the smell was terrible. It’s an old smell throughout the place. The arrows going up and down were broken/missing on the elevator . Ice was only available on the 3rd floor, broken on the other floors. The hallway rugs were dirty, the hallways were dark! Upon entering our room was good. Everything was clean and updated. We won’t stay again though because of the initial presentation and the smell and because of the smell we couldn’t eat the breakfast. The location was good.."

"The check in process was smooth. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasant. Parking was easy and in front of the hotel. The room was clean and quiet. I wish they would have serviced the room during my stay, at least removed the trash. But I guess I could have asked instead of expected. Fridge, TV, microwave all operational. I stayed during a holiday weekend so it was busy. Breakfast you can skip. The people working breakfast were very nice and kept it going, but the quality of the food was not worth standing in line for. A $50 charge has also appeared on my CC statement above the room charge, I am not sure what that is about. The website says it may come off in 72 hours, so we'll see. Again the staff was kind and interactive. The room was clean and quiet. I had a King room on the end. I never felt unsafe, and my card was not damaged in the parking lot. Blessings!"

"Check in process was seamless and smooth. Rooms were clean, staff are amazing and very hospitable. Just a suggestion, either management or engineering team should walk the rooms to check the quality of rooms. For example, we had three rooms. One room had a big crack around the bath tap (leak may be damaging the room below). Another room, no TV in your suite and hair blow dryer does not work. The other frustrating part is your waffle maker doesn’t work at all. Just because it turns on it doesn’t mean it’s good. Please F&B manager take the time to look in to replacing it. Over all it was very great staycation. You have very amazing staff."

"I needed a place for a business trip & most rooms were sold out in the city because of the TPC tournament. Staff was great & the hotel was clean. Landscaping/grounds need some attention & it appeared that new hot water heaters were getting installed. Property is older & appears to be going through some maintenance or renovation. Not my first choice but grateful it was available."
