About this property
Renovated four bedroom home close to Southampton Village and Ocean Beaches.
- New four bedroom, two bath home-2,000 square feet. The home sleeps nine people comfortably. New kitchen with stainless appliances. Two new bathrooms, and large laundry room located on second floor.The main floor is complete open concept with french door leading to the backyard which is entirely fenced in. Private lake access with dock is less than twenty feet from the home. We have kayaks available. Ocean beaches and Southampton Village is a five minute drive from the house. We are pet friendly!!
