"The house was great. Super comfortable and the backyard is wonderful with a gas fireplace, a fire pit, a hot tub, a pool, and an outdoor grill setup. There were 7 of us any it was very comfortable. Dave was great and very prompt and helpful if we needed anything. Would definitely come back."

We wished that there was better information/communication about lawn and pool service, pest treatment and trash pick-up. We were also bit disappointed that the outdoor table was not replace and we could not do any outdoor dinners."

"We enjoyed our stay at Halsey House. It has all the comforts of home, plus everything you need for the beach, and is just a few minutes walk from the lovely village. We also walked to the beach every day - about 2 miles. But you could also bike (provided) or drive to the beach instead and get there in minutes. We look forward to visiting again next year."

"This is a lovely home with the most convenient location walking distance to the village . The house is nicely maintained with a great first floor primary bedroom with its own bathroom . Upstairs has 3 bedrooms that all share one bathroom . The backyard is gorgeous and private with a fabulous pool . The owner was very accessible and very flexible with our needs . We were celebrating my mom’s 79th birthday with my kids and dogs and had the perfect weekend . We would definitely stay here again !"

"Timely" is important! - Check-in procedure is as easy as it can possible be. - The locations works - 8 min driving from the village and the beach. - Clean, bright, well-appointed house. The guest house was remodeled and feels great."

"The place was quaint, on quiet street, close to the train and an easy 10 min walk to town. For a cottage it was quite large. Wonderful backyard for a dog and to hang. The one bathroom was a bit inconvenient for the folks staying upstairs but manageable for a four day stay. AJ was very responsive and easy to deal with. Would come back again."
