Bedroom 2: Kingsize (5ft) Bed, Smart TV. Gas central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Garden with sitting out area and barbecue (shared with owner). Outdoor swimming pool (shared with owner, 12m x 6m, depth 0.8m-2m, 10:00-19:00). Private parking for 1 cars. No smoking. Please note: Sorry, no hen or stag parties. . Nether Oslands is a perfect dog friendly holiday home for friends or a family looking for a break away on the south coast of England. The bright open plan living, dining and kitchen area looks out to the garden and shared swimming pool.
There are two bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and Smart TV, and the other with a double bed on the bottom and a single bed on the top bunk, also with a Smart TV and cuddle sofa chair. The modern bathroom is located off the bedroom with a shower cubicle.
Immediately opposite the property is a stand-up paddleboard and kayak hire company for those wanting to adventure up or down the Hamble. This is a perfect spot to explore the area; you can walk to the nearby Swanwick marina, home to a range of prestigious yachts and motorboats and a café. The lodge is within walking distance of a number of pubs, restaurants and chips shops. Holly Hill Nature Reserve and Swanwick Lakes Nature Reserve are both close by. Why not take the Pink ferry to Hamble village which is close by? Hamble offers superb riverside views, quaint cobbled streets and alternative shopping and dining experiences. For a spot of shopping, Whiteley Shopping Centre, just a 9-minute drive away, has a host of well-known high street retailers, an array of dining restaurants and a multiplex cinema.
With easy access to the M27, there is plenty to explore. Visit Portsmouth’s Gun Wharf Quays with waterside dining, ferry trips to the Isle of Wight, designer outlets, Natural History Museum, Spinnaker Tower, and the HMS Victory. For family days out try Stanton Country Park, Paultons Park (home of Peppa Pig), and Manor Farm Country Park.
