"The room had a slight smell. I think the carpet just needed to be cleaned. Otherwise, the room was okay. It advertised refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. But there was no coffee maker in the room. It was fine because I’m a tea drinker and I always bring my own electric tea pot. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows were flat. They appeared fluffy until you laid on them. The front desk person, Gabby, was very nice and polite. Overall, I would stay there again."

"They give me a handicap room where the bath was broken the water didn’t want to go and the mirro of the room was broken as well they just said next time he will give me 20% off I couldn’t take a good shower"

"Overall, I’d rate this stay three stars, and that feels generous. Issues: The door to our room had a visible crack. It let in wind, likely bugs, and actually shifted on a windy night. The room smelled strongly of cigarettes and something else unpleasant. The TV worked intermittently. The refrigerator was missing door guards and at least one shelf, making it difficult to store food properly. The breakfast options were poor, especially if you’re trying to eat anything healthy. They served Nescafé coffee, which was frankly not good."

"My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The first room we were given had a door that was literally falling apart and kept getting stuck, which was both frustrating and concerning from a safety standpoint. On top of that, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor, and one of the chairs was broken. We requested a different room, hoping for an improvement, but unfortunately the second room was no better. It also had a bad smell, and to make matters worse, none of the light switches worked except for the one in the bathroom. At that point, we went back to the front desk, only to be told those were the only two rooms available. Out of the two, we had no choice but to go back to the first room since it was slightly less problematic. The front desk staff member did come up with us, but instead of offering a real solution, she sprayed the walls with an unlabeled liquid from a bottle, which I could only assume was some kind of air freshener. That did little to address the underlying issues. Switching hotels wasn’t an option due to time constraints, as we had an event to attend, so we were stuck making the best of a bad situation. Thankfully, I usually travel with my own cleaning supplies, which helped somewhat, though I had forgotten my plug-in freshener. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable experience, and I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made. Tried to upload picks site won't let me click on the option."

"This in NOT a hotel! They provided nothing extra, They didn't even provide tissues or a hand towel. I have never used an extended stay, and will never use one again. We picked this place because we were staying in the area for about two weeks, we only stayed here 1 night! We ended up leaving. They didn't even provide an iron in the room, you have to go to the front desk and "Check it out" Just beware if you are thinking it's hotel. "
