"Always a pleasant stay here whilst at conference. Everything I need in the room and breakfast is very well laid out with an abundance of options. If eating at the bar for an evening meal though service can be slow, so don’t wait for staff at the table order your food at the bar!"

"Overall, a great stay. Had an unfortunate incident where the room key didn’t work twice, so a bit of a trek back and forth to the room as the hotel is pretty big, but otherwise this was our second positive stay here this year. Incredibly helpful reception staff kindly gave us a free upgrade and added breakfast when they realised it wasn’t on our original booking. Rooms and furniture are a little tired in places, so a refresh would be welcomed. And ideally a fridge in each room would be great for snacks. "

"Easy to check in. Friendly staff. Bar food delicious and reasonable. Rooms dated but comfy. Ideal for NEC/BP Live just a 15 minute walk alone the main road. Would definitely book again."

"All the staff were super friendly. Rooms were comfortable, small bathroom as with all Moxys but everything you need was there. The only one thing that wasn't so great was the tiny gym. It's pretty much full if 2-3 people are using it but apart from that everything was great."
