"The property staff friendly but some of the guest were so very disrespectful. We chose to stay on pool side but the guest decided to party at the pool and were extremely loud and was unable to get a good night sleep. They did not stop till wee hours in the morning. sounded like they beat the door with something a few times. "

"I liked the location of this hotel. It was right next to the convention center which was helpful, since I was in town for a conference. I liked that they had breakfast as well. Which a lot of hotels in the area didn’t. However those were the only good things about this hotel. About 1/2 the staff were very friendly and helpful. The other 1/2 acted like I was an inconvenience when I was asking for help. My first night there was a bug crawling up the wall of my room. I smashed it and took it to the front desk and got: it’s a bug. They said they sprayed my room down the next day. Not sure they did since my last night I saw another of the same bug. I’m not 100% sure what the bugs were. I’m unsure if they were there due to the location. The fact the front doors stayed open all day and most of the night or a cleanliness problem. Everything felt like it had a surface level clean and not a deep deep clean that everything desperately needed. Overall my stay was fine. Since I was so busy with the conference I basically was only there to sleep and shower. But I wouldn’t rush to stay there again. "
