"The beach access was nice, but umbrellas come at an additional cost. The pool was okay. The staff was excellent and customer service was great. The on-site restaurant was decent, but not the best. The food truck by the pool was actually better than the restaurant. Drinks were good overall. That said, the restaurants outside the resort are significantly better—well worth trying."

"During our stay, the television didn't receive the regular channels, so they had to replace it, which was done quickly. The bathroom light stopped working; we reported the problem, but they never came to fix it. Overall, the facilities looked old and neglected; they desperately need cleaning. When we received the room, the floor was quite dirty. We thought that since it was a hotel near the beach, it would be normal, but the next day they came to clean, and it was clear that it could have been clean when we arrived. We were told that room cleaning was done every other day; however, in a period of five days, they only came once, despite our repeated requests. The ice machine located between the rooms doesn't work, so you have to go all the way to reception to get it. The hotel isn't small. One of the handrails on the stairs leading to the bedrooms was loose. Add to that the fact that the floor is painted and very slippery when it's damp, and it seemed to me that basic safety was lacking. They also had a modem that emits an LED light placed right above the bed, making it difficult to rest for someone who needs total darkness while sleeping. The good stuff? Spacious rooms, three pools, one block from the beach, almost direct beach access. "

"A very nice place to stay"

"The room looked somewhat like the pictures online but definitely different compared to what was advertised. Unfortunately, there was a huge cockroach in our room every night, which made the stay very uncomfortable... The door had large gaps underneath so you could hear everything from outside and it felt like there was no privacy at all. The tv remote was literally broken in half. Although the bed itself was comfortable, I would definitely recommend bringing your own pillow because theirs flatten completely and even your ancestors will feel that neck pain. "

"The staff was courteous and tried to be helpful. Unfortunately the accommodations were lacking. There was no faucet in the bathtub. There was only a non working shower head. The guests and their guests were loud and yelled obscenities for an hour with room door slamming for 2 hours. The outdoor hallway echoed so they were amplified. There needs to be security on the premises to handle these late night and early morning disturbances. I had a 5 year old with me and didn’t feel very safe. We finally left at 5am with only a few hours sleep."

"Hotel is a little outdated and rooms could use some work. Bathtub was so slippery my toddler slipped and fell and busted his head open. The pool was warm as well at the hot tub. I did like how convenient the walk to the beach was. "
