"Lady (hardly) at the front desk was sullen, disengaged and clearly not at all suited to working in the service industry. My room had no TV remote so I picked up the sheet with the various comtact numbers on it only to discover my room also had no phone. I called reception from my cell and after 3 or 4 hangups reception suggested i go back to the front desk and get another remote. Did this and lo and behold that didnt work either. I packed up my stuff, went to reception to ask for a different room, but before i could i got to hear another guest complaining that the refridgerator in her room didnt work. My new room came with working remote, phone and refridgerator, but the heat was not working! By this time I was too tired to complain so this went unreported."

"It was ok for a quick stay but it smelled old and some of the guests look sketchy"

"The hotel is undergoing some much needed renovations with workers moving carts of debris through the halls. Also there is noise while they’re working which is annoying."

"Change the information on your website there is no little marketplace to buy food. There is no breakfast being served, but an offer of a bag breakfast. Trouble with the vending machines. Place is really rundown badly and some of the clientele were pretty disgusting shouting obscenities in the hallway. I would never want to go back there again. "

"Very comfortable beds, easy location, and pleasant employees. Breakfast was better than most, but still continental. Recommend it."

"A great location, with great amenities. Staff at desk, housekeeping and breakfast was excellent. Comfortable bed and linens, with real towel. Perfect for a multiday business stay and saw a number of families getting together for weddings."
