The girl was awesome at front desk! No hot water when I checked in but some in the morning. Remotes battery I believe was dead. Could use some paint. I booked real cheap and got a good nights sleep. All is good

Tv didn’t work, only one working elevator which appeared unsafe .Blue painters tape holding controls together. There was very limited breakfast. On the upside beds were bug free and relatively comfortable. However, feel it was misrepresented by Expedia.

Excellent location, located in a beautiful area., easy walking for dining Pharmacies gas station about anything you want. In fact I had a minor problem with my I phone and there was a Verizon store in walking distance. Everyone on the staf is pleasant helpful and and polite. We just had a great time.

Its old and small rooms and really small baths. Size cant br changed but definitely coukd use facelift. Paint on walls chipped, elevator not very clean and only one operating and doesn’t stop at 2nd floor. 2 bed rooms were double beds, however, beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. Pool was shut fown in August by health dept. and still not open. Kids were disappointed. Very limited in breakfast items. Ran out of stuff . Were only there 1 night and t was ok but wouldn’t stay there again. Staff was kind and polite.

Pros: able to check in late, adequate water pressure, fairly quiet room, bed sheets and pillows clean and comfortable, breakfast was good Cons: not very clean, calling the hotel got no answer even when repeatedly calling for several hours, finding staff for any assistance beyond checking in was nearly impossible

This is a very well maintained and restored B&B that is located walking distance to the beach. Our room on the 1st floor had a lot of space and was very clean. There is no staff or housekeeping present at the B&B. Check in is done via directions listed on the front door. There are two other smaller B&B properties adjacent to the main B&B that are owned by the same proprietor. The office is located in one of the smaller properties but most of the time no one is there however if you call the # listed on the door, someone will answer. I would recommend this B&B, it’s very well kept and the rooms are nice and the location is great, They just have to be more informative with their check in policy, like texting or emailing check in instructions to customers.

The bed was comfortable. Everything else was terrible. There was no cold water at night and no hot water in the morning. Microwave didn't get food hot. The breakfast was completely out of everything, plates, cutlery, juice food. The staff was missing for a good 20 mins when I got locked out of my room. The elevator wasn't working and the hall ways were disgusting. They need to close down.

Quick and easy check-in, then downhill from there. Buttons missing in the elevator, very worn out room, TVs in the whole building had no signal for the entire stay and were so dated they had no usb port to stream from a smartphone. Toilets had to be flushed twice to empty even just paper from the bowl, cockroach spotted in the shower. Heat and A/C worked well, but lighting in the room was poor. Room key re-set daily resulting in lockouts, broken elevator buttons on the 3rd floor lobby, so took the stairs down to find an alarmed door to outside and a blocked door to the lobby with a note saying “do not open”. Had to take the stairs back to the second floor to take the elevator to the lobby every time. Very affordable, but no shampoo and no face cloths. Also, nobody answers the phone when you call the front desk. Would not recommend.

The hotel itself doesn’t show a true depiction of the rooms. My room had no mirror in the room or bathroom, the closet door was/is broken and falling off the hinges, the shower curtain had stains and mold on it, there was no clock, the lightbulbs need changed, there was non phone to call and ask for things, the toilet paper holder was broken off the wall and just left on the sink, and there’s no way to get ice. I used a foot stool to block the door cause the lock was loose but the parking lot seemed pretty safe.

The room was clean. However they didn't check the room to see if we needed anything. When we asked the front desk for some toilet paper, we were told the store room was locked and to go to the store and get some. I did tell the front desk what happen as we were checking out. They showed me the key in the drawer and said they will talk to him. We travel to CT frequently and we will be not staying here again.

The worse hotel I have ever been too, No hot water, room was fithy and I told them that to which they had no answer, Also the tub wouldn't drain as well, I fully expect to get a full refund for my horrible experience!!!
