A few mins walk from lots of galleries, and plenty of lovely park walks from the door. Our room was upgraded, had everything, and spacious. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommended!

Safe, comfortable and warm

Large room, fantastic staff and excellent breakfast.

Super comfy bed. Great location and amenities. Friendly staff. Highly recommend!

Stayed at the guest house for two nights. Received a very warm welcome from the hosts, and had some great conversations about all kinds of things! The room was quite and comfortable and served my needs perfectly. It was very pleasant looking out over the rolling paddocks from my bedroom window. Centrally located between Edinburgh and Glasgow, and a good base to explore southern Scotland.

The owner, Frank, bent over backwards to make sure of our comfort. Very friendly. Everything easy. After some of the places we’ve been in, it was just what we needed to unwind. Highly recommend.

The room was clean and great for a night only, just the bed too small for us as my husband in over 6ft and his legs hanging over the bed.. Location was great thou..

Wonderful property - had a lovely stay.

Nice modernised room, friendly and helpful staff

If you’re expecting the Ritz, this isn’t for you. Clean, warm, ensuite, comfy bed and safe with 3 locked doors to get to your room. Staff were lovely and really helpful.

a very good value for money option for those wanting to stay near glasgow. Reasonable commute by car to the city (1/2 hour or so) - suggest you go the more Country route. Local area isn’t significant, so suggest you eat in the city. Our large room got a lovely sunset, whilst sitting on a large raised couch. Quiet. (though the birds can get noisy for a bit - nothing the property can do about that though). Sheep in the garden ! Recommended.
