"It was filthy inside and outside. Beds were ok Cracks in shower floor. Paint peeling off the walls Spider webs on windows with ripped curtains. Laundry was full of rubbish and filthy. No way could you use the laundry. Towels were all frayed in the bathroom. The woman wanted us to pay cash. We paid half cash and half card. I would never recommend that place and I do not think Hotels.com should. Worth maybe 100.00 a night definately not 649.00 for 3 nights. The saying " You get what you paid for" and we certainly did not get what we paid for. We overpaid by $300.00 "

"We did not use the pool, but the area was mice. Our room had a view of the beach, and easy access to the many beach walks along the beautiful coast."

"The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Sheets were dirty, towels were brown and disgusting. Paid $180 for the shittest accom ever. The guy had no idea. Spend your money elsewhere "

"The spa was cold Barthroom shower very bad mould and missing grout. Broken garden chair outside room. General property maintenance poor "

"Very happy with our stay , we were there for my husbands birthday and we were so appreciative of the bottle of sparkling that was left in our room with a lovely card . The room was amazing the only thing is we would love of like to have a view instead of having barriers on the window and unable to enjoy Geelong . Amenities also amazing but the pool was too cold for an indoor pool . Staff were very friendly and accommodating and the restaurant and staff were also amazing. Our stay was relaxing and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again and recommend to every body for a wonderful experience. "
