"Took my best friend for her 70th birthday. Porters very attentive from the moment we arrived. Breakfast amazing. Bed was really comfortable. Brilliant position for Lanes and shops. One downside a bit mean with tea tray. Just 2 coffee sachets each. I know there was a coffe machine but know way how to work it. No information in the room re menus or about the hotel. As it was very expensive you would have thought we would have. Also very expensive drinks. Two drinks, a double whisky and lemonade and a double malibu and pineapple £36!!!to be fair i did know it would be expensive but that was obscene. Shame as couldn't justify staying and drinking in the hotel due to that price. Had twin room , no sea view but lovely room."
"We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and found the staff to be very efficient and friendly. The location is excellent and the lobby area spacious and user friendly.
It will be our go to Hotel in Brighton in future. "

"The property is very close to the cruise terminal in an area with shopping and dining options. It’s only a five minute ride from the train station, the hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful."

"The hotel is wonderful and had my wedding there 18months prior. The receptionist was quite rude and blunt. Which is disappointing as all of the other staff we have dealt with on previous stays were wonderful "

"We came for a night on the way to Peppa Pig World (30 min drive away) and it had everything we needed and more.
The kids loved the pool and the grounds. It was a 20 min walk from the beach but there was a supermarket/other shops just across the road.
The room was a bargain, and had the basics you would need for a night's stay. Plenty of room for the kids (family room - 1 double and 2 singles.) The beds were comfortable.
The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice."
