"Hot tub was out of order, bandaid on bottom of pool, had to call for fix for tv, shower pressure awful and leaking, curtain slider off track, room service overpriced and food over bland. Very disappointed but front desk was only covered for elite members, too long a line with a tight schedule Very disappointing"

"WORST EXPERIENCE! I came to check in for my birthday, only to be told my reservation had been canceled without any notice. I arrived late—around 2:30 AM—after celebrating, exhausted and just wanting to get to my room. To make matters worse, the lobby doors were locked when I got there, and I couldn’t even get inside. I had to wait until another guest let me in. Once inside, I waited about 30 minutes for the receptionist, who was nowhere to be found. When he finally showed up, I provided my ID and credit card, only to be told my reservation had been canceled. This was extremely confusing since I never received any notification from Expedia and had my full booking confirmation and itinerary. Despite showing proof of my reservation, they told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to find another hotel—at 4:30 AM. I was completely exhausted, and this was the last thing I should have had to deal with on my birthday. This experience was beyond frustrating and unacceptable. I will never stay at this hotel again."
