"The receptionist assigned us room 1 right next to the parking lot. The alarm of one car in the parking lot kept breaking off. We went to the office and asked the receptionist if he can change the room for us. The time was around 6:45pm. He looked into the system and told us that we could come back at 7:00pm if the car alarm started again. The alarm started at 7:30pm and the office became dark because the receptionist was not in the office anymore. The alarm started at 8:45pm again. I don’t know...
