"A wonderful stay at the Inn at Sonoma in every way. The location is the best: close to the Square and it’s activities, to beautiful wineries, excellent restaurants, the diRosa outdoor museum, easy to get to Napa and Copia/CIA, the re-opened Cornerstone gardens, the Sonoma Garden Park, etc. The Inn and rooms are lovely and spacious, easy parking, with a very helpful staff, and we’d go back just for the incredible breakfasts. This was our 2nd stay and we’ll be back again. "

"On April 24 I attempted to cancel this reservation for May 1 - 3, realizing I was a few hours after the "deadline." I tried to cancel with the hotel but they said I would have to cancel with you. On that day I texted/messaged you on this site and never received a response. I now see I was charged $508.52 on my credit card, presumably for two nights. I want recourse, and mostly first A RESPONSE from you. What are the components of that charge of $508.52. I have used Expedia for many trips and hotel stays for years. I will use you again if I get some satisfaction in response to this message!!!"

"Beautiful home. Perfect for our group, but missing some basic amenities that were not restocked - toilet paper, paper towels, soap dispensers not filled, only a few coffee pods for Nespresso, shampoo in shower dispensers empty & not enough towels for the # of days we were there. There was also a plumbing issue with two of the toilets. While the host did send a plumber out, we had to follow up a second time after the first visit did not suffice & she was slow to respond. "
