"My experience at this hotel was a far cry from what was advertised. Upon check-in, I was surprised to find additional charges, including nightly parking fees despite ample parking space available onsite, as well as a R250 per person damages deposit, which I declined to pay, leading them to take my driver's license as collateral. The floors, made of black polished concrete, were a constant source of frustration as stepping out of the shower inevitably resulted in blackened feet. I must commend...

"We had a last minute change of plans to stay at Lalapanzi and so glad we did! Rose and the staff were brilliant and we really enjoyed the peace and quiet, whether relaxing on the terrace outside our room, sitting by the pool or hiking the trails on the property. Breakfast on the upper deck was lovely, stunning views over False Bay. Would definitely recommend if looking for accommodation in this area!"
