"The whole property was excellent and very well maintained and run. The staff were amazing, helpful and eager to solve any problems. The restaurants were exceptional and the service was wonderful. Mr.Gouda, the manager, gave us his personal card to contact him with any problems. The beach area is very shallow and gets even shallower during low tide starting at noon. The only thing that was annoying was the amount of smoke that gets built up in the air at night at the entertainment area, with only one fan available and the huge numbers of smokers, the whole area was as filled with cigarette smoke. I hope the resort gets more fans in that area or designates an area for smokers and another area for non smokers. "

"Our stay is unforgettable. The hotel is amazing. The front dest staff really stands out. Very fast early check in, they also are very professional. Special thanks to Mr. Assem, he followed up with us every day to make sure our stay is as pleasant as it could be. Ms. Nadine is amazing, she took our concerns and comments seriously and communicated them on the spot. The only 2 drawbacks, it’s a management thing, the drinks are awful. 1)They get the worst quality drinks, no cocktails, even the syrups are so limited and tasted bad. 2) They turn off the A/C in the restaurant and the lobby while guests are still there. Which makes is SO hot. We were drowning in our sweat. It’s also a very poor working condition for the staff especially in the restaurant which automatically reflects on how the whole service. "

"This was our second stay at Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Hotel. The staff goes above and beyond to make you enjoy your holiday to the fullest, especially the reception and holiday concierge staff. The rooms are spacious,clean and some of them renovated recently. The best thing in my opinion is that the facilities are shared with the sister hotel Sunrise Garden Beach resort, so you can use the pools and restaurants of both hotels, as well as the very well equipped gym. The beach is at walking distance, it is clean and has a boardwalk to take you to the snorkeling area. The resort has an app that you can use to book dinner, check the daily program and order room service or report a room fault. We loved the food, the buffet has a wide choice of warm and cold options, and the a la Carte restaurants are also very good quality. "

"The downside was arranging a transfer from the airport to the hotel. I tried to arrange this beforehand with the hotel but just received a generic email back. I would strongly advise sorting your ride before you leave. I was traveling solo and found organising a taxi from the airport a bit nerve racking. Also, when I checked in, I was given a room that hadn't been cleaned yet. After the nightmare I had getting there from the airport this was highly distressing. If my room wasn't ready, it would've been better to have me wait in reception rather than walk into a dirty room. Fear not. It was ALL uphill after that, however. I was promptly given another room which was gorgeous with views of the sea and sunset. This hotel is simply exceptional value. I couldn't have been happier. The staff are wonderful and the food is fantastic. It's like a little slice of heaven on Earth. Mohammed on reception is simply the best. His English is fantastic and nothing is too much trouble for him. My scuba diving instructor Mohamed was the loveliest person ever. It was my first time diving and I felt throughly safe and relaxed A MASSIVE thanks to Waleed the Manager of the diving centre. I was travelling solo and he made sure I was comfortable, happy and that my diving experience was an exceptional one. I plan to visit here yearly. I went there at short notice, 4 days in fact, to heal my soul and heal I most certainly did. I left looking fantastic. Great value for money and highly recommend."

"Definitely it is one of our best vacation spot from many places we visited. No humidity, no mosquitoes, good service and good food. Staff was very friendly, helpful and trying to please in every turn. The beach is clean and sandy. The sea is slightly cool (it was early April) when you enter but very nice afterwards. The weather was between 76 -82 around the clock! Some areas of the building are showing their ages. But still well maintained. The food was plenty and very tasty. Attention to details was very noticeable. How can you beat such a place 🙏🐟👋🥰 We are planning to come again for sure!👍👍👍👍🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️"
