"The hotel and the domaine are beautiful but you would expect a better service from a 4 stars hotel. Overall happy with our stay but disappointed on the food for our lunch (the unique menu was very good for our diner but the lunch menu a la carte was disappointing) Great pool and beautiful terrace, staff very friendly to welcome you "

"Staff great, plenty of parking, rooms small and nobody ahd bothered to ensure that there was any soap in the shower or basin. If you service a room make sure you do the whole room, pay attention to basics. When I shower I expect soap, shampoo and a decent sized towel "

"We didn’t stay at Le Cheval Blanc as it was closed for holidays, Hotels.com advised of a nearby chambres d’hôtes and we stayed there ‘Au clos de Charny’ which was lovely, our only problem was our room was up two flights of steep stairs. The room was spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed, a very nice shower room with a good shower. The breakfast was superb, a great choice of cheeses and charcuterie, breads, homemade jams, fresh fruit salad and yoghurt. The host is a lovely lady too."

"Nice hotel, excessive heat in bedroom & no air-conditioning. So fans should be provided. Good restaurant. Departed at 7.30am on Sunday morning, breakfast not available before 8am. Would have been been nice to have tea, coffee and a croissant. Totally understand later breakfast on Sunday, but should offer something. "

"Arrivée après 22h30, j'ai utilisée l'ordinateur de l'entrée pour demander une chambre. J'ai répondu que j'étais seule, est ce parce qu'il n'y a pas de chambre seule qu' il m'a été répondu qu'il n'y avait plus de chambre disponible? Dans ce cas pourquoi le demander? Je me suis entêtée le parking étant presque vide. J'ai pu avoir une réservation en passant par l'application Hôtel.com. Cette réservation n'a pas été reconnu d'emblée. J'ai eu recours par deux fois à l'interphone et l'équipe en ligne....
