Hôtel propre, élégant avec parking sécurisé. Un petit déjeuner généreux bien que je ne sois pas fan de leur méthode pour les oeufs ( à chauffer soit même dans l’eau) à laquelle je préfère les œufs brouillés, plus rapide! Mais ça ne m’empêche pas d’y revenir.

Sortis d’une galère sans nom d’un hôtel soit disant de luxe de la région, nous avons opté pour cet hôtel où nous avons fini par séjourner trois nuits. Honnêtement, ce séjour a été agréable. La chambre est confortable, bon séjour (1 nuit) Le choix au restaurant de l'hôtel est un peu limité mais correct. Idem pour le petit-déjeuner. Ce sont des axes d'amélioration mais je retournerai dans cet hôtel sans aucun problème.

Réservation excellente , accueil très bien , mais le problème c est qu il faisait 15 degrés dans la chambre vu qu un employé a oublié de mettre le chauffage le matin , après réclamation votre employé nous donne un chauffage d appoint, ne pouvant rester dans cette chambre nous sommes obligés d aller en ville attendre que ça chauffe , très mauvais souvenir.

Très moyen, mauvais rapport qualité/prix/presta.

Une qualité de service nettement insuffisante, room service qui n'en est pas un puisqu'il faut aller chercher son plateau, oubli du pain, des couverts, bref manque de personnel et de chef de rang. Par contre gros progrès sur la qualité des plats cuisinés.Enfin, manque de débit d'eau sous la douche.

Nuit agréable

Simple nuit pour ne pas reprendre la route directement après notre soirée, tout étais bien, propreté, chambre, lieux en générale Petit plus mini air de jeux pour les enfants dans le hall très bien ! Petit point à améliorer offrir un peu plus de choix en tout genre pour le petit déjeuner.

Arrivée tardive, pas de distributeur à l’entrée et bar fermé donc pas moyen d’avoir un café ou une bouteille d’eau ce qui est plus que moyen. Le matin à 9h30, la femme de ménage ouvre la porte de notre chambre sans frapper !!!! Inacceptable ! Petit déjeuner très varié et très bon.
