No communication from owner until less than 48 hours before our trip, so we were briefly nervous. Note this unit faces the rear; nice sky view and an easy stroll thru the property to the water across the street, but no water views from the apartment."

"Truly PARADISE. Very private and quiet, right on the ocean. Every amenity you could wish for and convenient to everything. We were able to walk to the food market, restaurants and explore the neighborhood. We felt very safe and the property manager, Fiar, was very accommodating and a pleasure to work with.
