I loved staying at the hotel. The food was good especially lunch. The beach was beautiful, you just need to get to the beach early to reserve the Palapa. The hotel is basically on the hip strip with all the entertainment and restaurants so ideally located. The bus stop was right at the entrance of the hotel so we were able to take the bus to Eagle Beach. Overall a good time was had.

After asking (weeks out) to be placed on the highest floor of the facility weeks out, I was placed on the one of the lowest floors and I even asked at check-in. Room was OK except they changed the door locking mechanism and left debris on the floor as soon as you walk in. Staff were GREAT! Meals we great. Beach was very good.

Great buffet selection for breakfast and dinner. Attentive and friendly staff. Great location (easy access to downtown and right on the beach)! Rooms were clean. We had no issues with the room keys, and found that the elevators were quick and efficient!

Beautiful resort, conveniently locate, nice quiet place. Awesome selection of food and drinks. Pool and beach area are beautiful. Staff super nice and helpful. Taxi service usually available in front of resort, had to call for one but he was there in less than 5 minutes. The building has a little age, but has been well maintained and clean. It is located right on Palm Beach and has the most beautiful water I’v seen (cold but beautiful). Highly suggest a stay there.

Staff was great. Pools shut down by 6 and not much entertainment for an adult only facility. TVs did not work in the rooms. We were locked out of our room for about 2.5 hours during a change over in locking mechanisms and our room didn’t “change” properly, causing us to be stuck in wet bathing suits in the hall while they worked to get us back in our room.

Absolutely loved this resort! The food was great, pool/beach area was clean and well maintained. Didn’t have to get up at day break to find a chair on the beach. Staff are very helpful and speak 4 languages fluently. Hotel is within walking distance from lots of shopping and bars. Definitely stay here again. Only con was hot water in the shower. But the room was comfortable and spacious.
