"The room was very clean and smell good everything work good even the bed was so comfortable and lots of pillows witch we love a lot of options of tv shows on the tv the view is amazing and it nice and quiet and there a pizza place right next to us too walking distance and the staff was very friendly and nice and omg the free breakfast was amazing and good a lot of options too they did a good job in the kitchen with the breakfast everything thing in this hotel is a five star I didn’t check the pool but it look clean and nice I love the stay me and my partner love it will come back i really enjoyed it if you looking for a good hotel room this one it 100 % u will leave satisfied and well rested too"

"Yes very welcoming and very accommodating. The pool looked so fun and refreshing but we had a weird snowstorm so only two little brave girls got in the pool. The big kitchen was great. All the bedrooms were amazing. The game room was fun."

"Stayed at this beautiful home with family for our son’s wedding. Great location half way between wedding venue and rehearsal dinner venue. House was clean, well stocked, and very comfortable. Grounds were very private and beautiful - even in the winter. The only negative was the driveway was hard to find at night, so we put up some temporary reflectors to help us see it (we’re old!), and that helped immensely. Communication with the owner was great (and easy). She really is very accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed 3 weeks with our dog. It felt like home. We only used two of the bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were roomy and updated. The large windows in the family room are awesome. There is a lot of deer roaming around. Our stay was great and would be awesome for a large group. "

"Great house, cutely decorated with a good hill country view. We stayed for a week over Christmas. Hosts were very welcoming and provided loads of information. We cooked a lot do we were happy that the kitchen was equipped. The bonus room and pool were fun for the kids! The beds were super comfortable! Dripping Springs is a cute town! The only downside we experienced was that the house seemed hastily cleaned, there was white dog hairs on the couch, floor seemed not vacuumed and the towels in the master bath were folded and put back damp. That said, we were not phased and tried to leave house as clean as we could, understanding it’s hard to flip the house between bookings! The jet bath in master, hot tub and smart TVs were great for our relaxation. The kids brought their Nintendo and hooked it up the bonus room. Perfect! We would stay here again for sure."
