"It was a great room and hotel, but was way over priced @ $307 for a Friday night stay at a limited service suburb Hotel. Had I been given more time, I would have booked in Bee Caves at a similar or newer, and a bit nicer hotel with a Marriott, Hilton, or Hyatt flag for much less money and would have had the same drive into Dripping Springs. Check the pricing. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this house. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and the setup was excellent—plenty of space and amenities for our large group. The common areas were comfortable and well-equipped, making it easy for everyone to relax and enjoy their time together. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful throughout our stay. "This property is insane in the best way. Massive, so many rooms, yet with enough space for all. The court and pool are a huge draw!Also SO much to do with games glaore and of course the theatre. A competitors dream. "

"We loved the pool, hot tub, & pickleball court! Spent most of our time in these areas. But, the game room was nice as well, just extremely hot when we first got there (June 27th) Couple of things I would want in a VRBO, would be a crockpot. If you’re like our family, wanting to spend most of your time playing, visiting & not cooking… a crockpot allows you to put something on early & leave it for a few hours. Also, we went to town to buy foil & left 2 boxes there for the next family. Not deal breakers, just would’ve been helpful. Overall, great experience & we would definitely go back! Amy was so prompt with answers to any questions we had!! "
